The Spot Market for Information
Prediction markets trade derivatives of what people know. Ostrum lets information itself be priced and transacted — starting where the asymmetry is steepest and closest to home: market-making, exchange listing, and fundraising deals.
Information is an asset, and it deserves a spot market. While prediction markets have financialized information only to the degree of a directional yes/no answer, Project Ostrum lets participants transact in the underlying information directly.
Contribute what you know, and it purchases access to what others know, at an exchange rate set by the value and scarcity of the information itself.

How it Works
Ostrum operates on a strict contribute-to-unlock model. Value is exchanged directly for value, empowering builders against entrenched, lopsided power dynamics.
Contribute
Users submit valuable information—starting with the terms of deals they have signed or been quoted.
Valuation
Contributions are valued according to the stakes involved, the dispersion of terms in that segment, and the scarcity of the data point.
Unlock & Query
Contributors query the pooled dataset through a natural-language interface (e.g., asking what a typical market-making retainer includes at their project's size).
Verification
Submissions undergo a disclosed, time-limited review process assessed against public sources, internal data, and signs of manipulation.
Information Market Flows
Two tokens separate owning the market from using it. Ownership is fixed and patient. Consumption is earned, spent, and destroyed. Watch value move — or move it yourself.
Ownership
The asset that owns the market. Supply is fixed at genesis. Staked, it emits a continuous stream of Consumption — holding converts to access over time.
Consumption
The working token. Earned by contributing information or by staking Ownership; burned to ask questions. Every query permanently retires the Consumption it costs — burn to learn.
Privacy by Architecture
An information market only functions if contributing doesn't mean surrendering the information's source. Ostrum is engineered so that individual exposure is structurally impossible.
Coarse Bucketing
Exact deal values are converted to coarse buckets and ratios at submission, and raw figures are destroyed. No database of precise terms exists.
Aggregation Only
All access runs through an aggregation-only statistics layer with minimum-cohort thresholds and suppression rules. No query can return an individual deal.
Verified Contributors
Contributors are verified against their organization, so entities can only report on their own information, protecting the integrity of the market alongside privacy.
Join the Beta
Project Ostrum is available today. Projects with market-making, exchange-listing, or fundraising deal experience are invited to join as founding contributors to the first market.
Access Ostrum.aiThe system will blindly rank the value of contributors and invite them to a private anonymous community to provide feedback, improve the platform, and share in its success.
